Our Approach

We want you to be happy with PiratePage. If you're not, we'll make it right. Our refund policy is simple and fair, and fully complies with EU consumer protection law.

EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of subscribing, without giving a reason. This applies to all consumers in the European Union.

Digital content exception: When you subscribe and immediately start using PiratePage (generating pages, using the editor), you acknowledge that the digital service begins immediately. Under Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive, you may waive your right of withdrawal by consenting to immediate performance. We will clearly ask for this consent during checkout.

If you have not used the service (no AI generations, no content created), you can request a full refund within 14 days — no questions asked.

Monthly Subscriptions

If you cancel your monthly subscription, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time on monthly plans.

However, if you subscribed by mistake or are experiencing technical issues that prevent you from using PiratePage, contact us and we'll issue a refund at our discretion.

Annual Subscriptions

For annual plans, you can request a pro-rata refund for the remaining unused months within the first 30 days after subscribing. After 30 days, cancellation takes effect at the end of your annual period.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@piratepage.cc with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to process refunds within 5 business days.

Refunds are processed by Stripe and returned to your original payment method.
